Mechanical maintenance: how to identify the authenticity of imported mechanical accessories

high quality accessories are the basis for ensuring the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Driven by the needs of maintenance machinery and interests, there are a variety of imported construction machinery and auto parts in the market, but the quality is uneven

at present, the imported mechanical parts in the market mainly include "imported" and "localization". The imported parts include the pure parts of the complete machine factory, the high-quality parts of the professional supporting factory, the parts of the matching models (such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.) not produced by the complete machine factory, as well as the parts of Hong Kong, Taiwan and other regions. 1. For "localized" parts, the parts and components of imported machinery produced by a regular factory are generally marked with the production mark of the factory. There are also some imported mechanical parts imitated by informal factories or even private workshops, which are sold as imported genuine parts in the packaging printed with imported genuine parts or professional factories, which are really fake and inferior products. In addition, the components imported from Asian countries and regions such as South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan that are not manufactured in Japan or the United States are packaged with exquisite pure parts, which are collectively referred to as counterfeits. Although they can be used, they are far inferior to the quality requirements of the original pure parts, especially the imitations produced by non-standard manufacturers, which cannot meet the quality requirements of pure parts and professional factory products in terms of material, process and function, It has an impact on the normal use and maintenance of mechanical vehicles. Therefore, it is very necessary for operating and using units to identify imported mechanical parts

imported mechanical parts can be identified from many aspects, mainly from packaging, internal quality, product price and purchase channel

I. identification from the outer packaging

identification according to the packaging is an important procedure to inspect the authenticity of imported accessories. The packaging of pure parts and accessories from foreign professional supporting factories is exquisite. There are certain rules in color, pattern and style, which are generally difficult to copy. The imitation packaging is rough and easy to identify. However, some imitators rely on modern advanced printing technology to make the packaging of parts very lifelike. If they are not carefully identified, it is also difficult to distinguish. Imported machinery accessories generally have outer packaging and inner packaging, and the outer packaging includes packing box and packing box; The inner packaging is usually marked with packaging paper and plastic bags or can not avoid the practical problem - cost paper bags. The outer packing boxes (boxes) of pure imported accessories are pasted with unified manufacturer, clear printing and excellent paper, and printed with genuineparts9 (pure parts) mark, and marked with part number, name, quantity, manufacturer and country. However, the imitated labels are not finely printed, and the color is either light or heavy, which is difficult to be consistent with the packaging of genuine parts. The part number printed by computer and the color marked by the manufacturer are either light or heavy. Careful identification can distinguish the authenticity. From the perspective of packing cases (boxes), the imported packing cases (boxes) are tight in texture and clear in pattern. The packing boxes are generally printed with the manufacturer's and genuine part marks. For example, Komatsu and genuineparts are printed on the whole packing box by Komatsu, Mitsubishi and genuineparts are printed on the whole packing box. Although these marks are also printed on the imitation packaging, the color is not correct, The pattern is not clear. In order to prevent counterfeiting, some foreign companies have anti-counterfeiting marks on their packaging labels, which can be paid attention to in identification. The inner packaging is usually paper, paper bag or plastic bag, and the packaging is printed with pure parts and company marks. The pattern, color and pattern of packaging paper are difficult to be the same as those of imitations

when identifying the packaging of imported parts, it should also be noted that construction machinery and automobile manufacturers have their own professional parts suppliers. When importing accessories from manufacturers, the packaging box is marked by both the manufacturer of the complete machine and the supporting manufacturer. For example, the piston ring of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is matched by rikencorporation, and Rik mark is printed on the outer packing box. But the single piston ring box inside is a flower box package marked by Mitsubishi, which is marked as Mitsubishi. The piston ring manual indicates both Mitsubishi Motor Industry Co., Ltd. and RIKEN Co., Ltd., so don't mistakenly think that internal and external inconsistencies are not pure parts

II. Identifying imported mechanical parts from product quality is the most critical link to identify the authenticity of pure parts. Driven by the interests, the dealers will assemble the imported pure parts into the whole machine, and then put the non pure parts in the packaging of the pure parts to sell to the market. Therefore, the internal quality of the product must be inspected to confirm the authenticity of the imported accessories. The identification of product quality mainly includes observation, inspection and test

(1) check the appearance. Check whether the processing of the product appearance is fine and whether the color is normal. If there are samples of pure parts, they can be checked by comparison. Generally, the surface of the imitations is rough and the color of the products is not correct

(2) check the identification on the product. Brand marks, power part numbers and specific codes are printed on pure imported parts. Some products are also engraved with the manufacturer and the country of production. For example, the piston of Mitsubishi diesel engine in Japan is engraved with part number, group number marks a, B, C and up ↑ direction marks on the top; The model and Mitsubishi logo are cast on the inner side of the piston skirt, and the Izumi logo of the supporting factory is clear and easy to identify. Imitations are either missing or illegible, so it is difficult to achieve the effect of authentic products

(3) measure the size of the product through special work to see whether it meets the requirements. Some manufacturers also provide measurement tools for customers to prevent counterfeiting

(4) conduct performance test on the product. Some parts cannot be identified from the appearance inspection, so special instruments are required for inspection. For example, the fuel injector and injection plug shall be tested on the test bench to detect their injection pressure, injection quantity, injection angle, etc

(5) conduct physical and chemical performance test on the product. This kind of situation is generally used when there are doubts about the internal quality of the product or problems in use, and it is a method to seek claims from the manufacturer
